At Crafty Little Devils we are confident that you will love your products.

However, if you receive an item that is not in the condition it should be, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.

The original item will need to be returned to us, complete and in its original condition, within 30 days of purchase date for assessment before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Once the returned item has been assessed and found to be below quality, the cost of return postage will be refunded to you along with the item replacement or refund.

We also offer exchanges for change of mind purchases (provided you contact us first and the order is returned to us within 30 days of purchase date and all items are in original condition), but we do not cover the return postage costs in these cases.

*Please note* – from 21st May 2021, we no longer accept change of mind returns on Cross Stitch Patterns.
