At Crafty Little Devils we are confident that you will love your products.

However, if you receive an item that is not in the condition it should be, please contact us within 10 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.

The original item will need to be returned to us, complete in its original packaging, for assessment before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Once the returned item has been assessed and found to be below quality, the cost of return postage will be refunded to you along with the item replacement or refund.

We also offer refunds for change of mind purchases (within 30 days), but we do not cover the return postage costs in these cases.
